Askolotl Answers: Valentine’s Grams

I’ve had a crush on this guy for a while, and I kind of want to send him an anonymous Valentine’s Day gram confession. I’m kinda scared, though. I know it can be anonymous, but what if a STUCO member reads my message? It’s embarrassing if they find out and tell other people.

Dear Lovestruck,

My knowledge encompasses all—including the inner workings of STUCO—and I saw that you have nothing to worry about. The grams are all sealed. Besides, chances are, the person manning the table when you buy it will be different from the person delivering it on the 14th. That means that no one individual will be overseeing the path of that message from your hand to theirs.

More importantly, I hope you plan to talk to your crush eventually. Maybe you’re sending the gram to test the waters and see if he’s open to a relationship before you reveal yourself. Perhaps you just want him to be on the lookout for someone who likes him. Either way, trust me: nothing will blossom unless someone decides to make a move. If you really do like this guy, take this Valentine’s Day opportunity to talk to him about it.

Best of luck,

Askolotl
